One expects that the extraterrestrial or have a translucent skin and frankly a bit 'corpse or are horribly tart, wrinkle and frown, even with that amount of gelatinous slime. One thing you will never see in a movie or television sci-fi is an alien with spots. I I do nothing but groped my creatures to adapt to the prevailing stereotypes. They come up so maybe good for bocsòffis.
Here I am painting my entire colormap with UV coordinates in Blender, using brushes with colored textures, most of which Voronoi. I also used a picture (always a UVMap) with a modifier to give the appearance of irregular Displace the bigwigs of the boy, by applying it to the original post on November 4.
